That’s nice… But a couple things. A: You didn’t just buy that, because originally, Apple didn’t have the app store. And B: You jailbroke it with a customized firmware, which changed all the apps. OR you video-edited. =

You think it’s real? LOL All it does is have preset images that it recognizes, for instance your hand, arm, foot, etc. It recognizes that you’re pointing the camera at your foot and displays a generic xray of a foot matching the size of yours.
